I'm really freaked out. I've been having arthritis-like tendon problems--really bad pain especially when moving--mostly in my knees and ankles (and one elbow).

Now my entire right foot/lower leg is numb, consistently. I can still move it, but it doesn't feel "right"...

It started as a few little "zaps" this morning, like the nerve was acting up on my leg.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do?

(FYI--I was treated with IV Rocephin daily last winter, for about 3-4 months. It got rid of nearly all of my cognitive/neuro problems, but left a lot of physical things.)

I've had these kind of symptoms continuously for over a year. My feet feel numb but if I touch them I do have feeling. I have this in both of my legs too. All nerve testing is normal. It's a horrible feeling.

Hi yikes44,

I have had these symptom also, and it's scary for me too. I can ususally still move the numb part, although my toes wouldn't at one time...they had a mind of their own.

And I get the arthritis-like tendon problems on and off.

I would talk to your LLMD about it.

Hope you feel better soon.
