Can you take to much Acidophilus?

I doubt it. Someone posted the same question about a week ago. You may want to look for it.

Quality is more important than quantity when it comes to acidoph. My favorite is www.theralac.com

Take them two hours before or after abx. I prefer to take mine at night when I go to bed.
