So, has anyone else had success using 'salt' on the outside of their ears to stop this constant sensation that something is crawling all over them?

I've used it inside with success so why not try it outside and see what happens. I know people use it for cysts and itchiness on the scalp as well.

The outside and inner canal of my ears drive me crazy - constantly feels like something is crawling around.

I had seen where someone on lymenet had recommended taking a q-tip dipped in salt water and wiping it all over your ear and it caused the sensation to eventually go away.

Something about the spirochetes being driven away by salt???

I'll have to try it next time my ears are weird.
Somehow I pictured you guys rubbing or pouring salt on your ears. I didn't realize you were talking about salt water. [dizzy]
