since Im on the amoxocillin 500mg three times a day my ringing has gotten worse. I have also the clindomycin 150 two times a day but am to scared to take it since my ringing is already this bad. Any advice.

Hmmm. I've never heard of ringing in the ears from either med. I have heard it's a side effect for quinine.

Have you checked the side effects here?:

My opinion.... your herxing. I have had this on days when I take my abx (in the beginning) been on abx for almost 2 years now and I don't get that anymore. BTW - I am on Minocycline.

Ringing in the ears is a symptom of lyme.

Maybe you can ask your doc if you can slow down a bit on the abx and see if it gets better.
