Hi! I've been reading up on mushrooms and how they can help with illnesses. Some I've read about (see links) include Reishi, ****take, Maitake, and Cordyceps. I believe I saw a post on here about Cordyceps.
I purchased Solaray Brand Reishi so far, and I have noticed improvement with my COPD. And this was one supplement I didn't react to, unlike most herbs, probably because the only other ingredient in the Solaray Reishi mushroom was "gelatin".
Since I react to so many foods and additives with Lyme, I was wondering if any of you have purchased the Solaray brand mushrooms above and could tell me what the other ingredients are.
I can't order anything until I know. Thanks for your help. I can vouch though that Reishi does help with lung function. I think it helps me cough the junk up, too!

I do not have an answer to your question about other ingredients in your brand of Reishi supplements, but I wanted to let you know I am also having wonderful result with Reishi. I too have Lyme Lung and coughing up is a blessing.
But I want to tell you about wonderful cordyceps. I had the black finger of death upon me and since I have began cordyceps I have rallied enough to join all the delightful lymies here on this site. The fragrance itself is bracing, and it is not too expensive at Pharmanex.
