My fav is THERAlac. Haven't tried Threelac, but I've heard a few who didn't like the citrus in it.

I've been on the threelac for a while, plus ultra flora plus. Seemed to be working good.

Just changed the ultra flora to Theralac and with in a week the yeast coming back.
