Hi everyone- today I got a phone call from my LLMD's office. My Igenex test was returned, and the nurse said that it didn't show a strong positive for lyme, however, that I did have lyme antibodies. What does that mean? Does it mean I have it, or that I did? They want me to start on Minocen. Has anyone been on this abx for Lyme?

Also, I am having a terrible time giving up the carbs and sugar- do the lyme actually feed on the sugar or is it just the yeast?

The nurse also said that if I have a herx from the abx, then I will know that I have lyme- if I don't herx, she said I will know I don't have it. Is this correct?

Means your body is making antibodies to lyme and that means you have it.
Unless you had the Lymrix vacinations in the past and they used the wrong test, Because lymrix causes body to make antibodies to Lyme.

taking minocen, herxing strongly, but I'm over 15 years in misdx, with neuro involvement. "Tripping" badly on minocen
