In the past they have been most consistantly:

*intestional gas

*thrush & if I let my thrush go too long I would get upper GI yeast - (painful swallowing in my throat & some nausea, fatigue, overal feeling sick)
2 weeks diflucan cleared it up in the past.

*& vag yeast infection.

*worsing of my joint pain

Hi Rob--I've actually gotten so sick from candida that I was laid up in bed with it for over a year. The program I felt that helped me the most overall was the whole approach protocol, diet, and products. It's hard core, but I was too ill to care--

I did it to a tee and it works absolute wonders.

If you go to www.wholeapproachforums.com you'll find all the info you need on it.

Good luck to you,

Ashley [Big Grin]

Terrible fatigue

Hi, I get terrible thrush on my tongue. It is awful! My mouth gets so sore! I have to take Nystatin pills and a mouthwash my doctor prescibes. It tastes gross too. Swish it around and swollow, yuck! So gross! I have to eat several containers of yogurt a day to help fend it off too. Everything burns my tongue, like soda, I have to have a straw to drink from unless it is water. Even toothpaste burns.
I think it adds to my tiredness, I don't know.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your experiences. The yeast fatigue is far greater than that of the Lyme fatigue, at many times.

I too will do the eggs/veggies breakfast thing! I have a few more idea's thanks to you guys.

Eat lots of fresh garlic, minced is good as well, already chopped up, lots of fresh onions, dont cook them in any way, just eat them freshly chopped, lots of yeast killing power in them.

Kale, Cabbage, Onions, Garlic, Turnips are wonderful for killing many bugs! Then put more garlic/onion powder on your food...Not salt, powder.

HI Azure,

I laughed when I first read your post...It was great! Made me think of how correct you are with the regards to increased fatigue....

But....Why do we continue to punish ourselves?

Hi Ashley,

I am curious about your journey through the program you followed. I am checking it out on the internet.

Were you also dealing with Lyme at this point when you were so sick for a year? If so, were there any cycles that helped you really understand what was lyme and what was candida.

I am getting ready to embark down this road to address the candida and am frustrated in regards to how to track lyme symptoms and how to seperate those of candida.

Thanks!

I had taken the Nystatin powder first thing today, and it kicked my *** ! I felt like crap all day!

Guess I better return to taking it after a meal!
