I used it I just don't know if-
A) I was doing it during the right times
B) If I did anything

I still have tons and would like to know if it is good stuff

I was taking 4 packets a day with food.

Any input would be great & Eric- I had a script

its supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before a meal.
