I often hear/read about the importance of finding a good LLMD, starting ABX, Pro-Biotics, Diet, Etc.
I think we all NEED to remember the AWESOME importance to healthy, often bowel movements!
Clearing the body is JUST as important as the listed items above, IF NOT MORE!
I am learning more re: this issue everyday, and I can tell you this.....
Find a healthy and safe Bowel/Colon Cleanse, and use it! Ask your Dr.
Fiber is also HUGE! I use All Bran Cereal, Extra Fiber, AND IT PACKS A PUNCH!
This is DETOX, at its best! Yes, other forms may be good as well, I am not saying to stop the sauna's, running, baths, just remember the bowel movements....
And when you feel the urge to move your bowels, DO IT! Do not wait, as the bacteria may find its way back into your system...
Now I know some may already know this, others may not, and sometimes we all need to hear things a few times....Right?
Colonsal is great too!
Drink plenty of water, w lemon too, add some distilled everyday as well...This will assist in drawing out toxins!
Now PLEASE, Guys.... Ask your LLMD, Dr. you trust, for a safe, healthy colon cleanse program....Ask them about the one I listed, it is good, but you should always run it by your Dr. first....
Pee when you need to as well....If you can get 2-4 good bowel movements per day, you would be amazed at the junk that will spill out of your body....
So, if you wake in the night and have to go, go, dont let them bugs back into your body!
All Bran is great, even on my yeast diet...I just eat two TB spoons, twice a day with high power pro-biotics.....
This stuff works, maybe not the same day, but be prepared!

Thanks for the reminder. Bowel movements are good.
And I'm REALLY glad I read this before going to bed tonight.. instead of first thing in the morning while trying to eat my breakfast.
Now I know tomorrow will start out a bit.. well... more appetizing at least.

Got a question - in your research and or your thoughts - when you do a cleanse and your taking othr things like antib. and or yeast meds and supplements - are you taking away from them doing there job as you cleanse?

When you move food thru your gut at the normal rate with extra fiber and water, so that you purge 1-2 times a day, nutrients, abx and suppliments are absorbed normally.
Abx is absorbed within two hours, I believe while still in the stomach.
Proper flow actually improves absorbtion.

Another important part of cleasing is keeping the lymp moving. I have fouund lymphatic drainage massage to be helpful.
