Ive taken it at the beginning of my treatment 800mg per day. I herxed pretty hard off of it.

Then I developed a lot of yeast issues from it, so watch your diet and take plenty of probiotics with it.

Ive heard that it is very close to IV ...not sure of the dosage amount though.
