I think that I have read this before, but I am having trouble finding it in the search.

The last week or so I seem to be on another nasty cycle, but nothing unusual -eexxxccept- I am having to wake up several times in the middle to move my "dead" arm around to get circulation back in it.

It is usually my left one. But sometimes I think it is the right one too. I have had tingling and numbness but now from the shoulder down there is na-da feeling and it wakes me several times a night.

I actually woke up last night and had to "look" for my arm, grab it and hang it off of the bed and shake it until I had feeling in it again. My shoulders are both bad (3 torn labrums) but don't know if this is what is causing it.

Anyone else have this, or any input?

Yes, frequently with me, too - like Lyme-induced carpal tunnel syndrome (carpal tunnel causes one to awaken at night with tingling hands, etc).

I have lots of peripheral neuropathy and other nerve issues from Lyme - this is one symptom among many, but I think fairly common.

I mentioned this rather frequent occurrance to my Duck-he diagnosed it with a shrug-so I don't know either.
