The doses of CoQ10 that made a significant difference in Parkinson's patients were given

***with Vitamin E***.

I wish I knew if the 1200mg was given as a single dose or divided.

1200mg once a day?
600mg twice a day?
400mg three times a day?
300mg four times a day?

Sometimes *timing* as well as *dosage levels* does make a huge difference.

P.S.
It also looks like far infrared saunas (approved for cerebral palsy) might also help a LOT. 30 minutes every day seems to be how most people use them. It might take 3 months to notice a "difference"....the beginning of a turn-around.

Research these particular saunas in DEPTH...to see how they work. Find the medical abstracts, not merely the information from "sauna sellers".

Any more guidelines or information on "timing?"

Marnie, do you happen to know what dosage of Vitamin E we should take along with the CoQ10?

Thanks.

I don't have a clue. Vitamin E is stored in our fat. We KNOW it drops in lyme.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and will help to protect the liver and other organs.

I wish I had access to the full article because perhaps they state exactly what doses, when.

Vitamin E ALSO apparently works with selenium too. This combo is another "biggie" promoted to help fight cancer.

From what I have read, it is recommended to get a NATURAL, not synthetic, form of Vitamin E.

This website explains the difference:
