3 mo ago i took the salt and c protocal as found on the net. on the 3rd day I got the same bulls eye rash on exactly the same spot as my Lyme
before . A carbon copy. Also rash on l knee where i have lameness at times and arm where i have had surgery for 'tennis elbow'. On 6th day I had to stop due to kidney area pain. I will try it again sometime as my lyme specialist says has immensly helped some.

Annie,

I have experienced one rash with the salt/c protocol.

So far, I think it has been successful for me, but don't think it is the magic bullet by any means. Maybe just deals with some aspects or elements of this illness.

Kidney pain would mean you need to drink more water. Fresh beet jiuce is also good with a cucumber added in. I have been there with the kidney pain problems. Try backing off the salt-C to lower level.

Your kidney pain is from toxin removal. Some pain is good.

You have to rid yourself of the toxins faster.

In TiChi there is an exercise where the arms swing from side to side and thump on the kidneys. This helps too.

Salt & C kills the parasites. Parasites also hold heavy metals in their cell walls. That means you will get metals moving with the die-off and you need to protect your liver and kidney also when you do Salt & C.

Never do Salt & C without it. The parasites in a way are our protectors until there are too many of them. But if you need to get rid of them, watch out for heavy metals.
