I am finding it tough to tolerate many antibiotics now, I just get short of breath.

My LLMD has suggested if this keeps happening to try Buhners protocol...so I am interested in how others are faring on it.

Please also mention what you did beforehand incase it has bearing..! (some people give really positive opinions of a protocol, say they are doing great and then you realise they did a year of IV before that which lessened the germ load!)

Please tell me your experiences of this - good or bad

Hi emma--I just started the core protocol this week, but found I responded very well to the peripheral protocol before starting a month worth of IV abx (which completely killed me).

I'm hoping as I introduce more and more of his program that I'll see the results.

If you do a search on jimbob and buhner you may find some good posts by those who have gone before us--he says it did wonders for him!!
