I haven't seen it myself, but heard from a friend and then found it on People magazine's website:

I think it's a small article - but has photos and a couple of quotes from a Texas ILADS member who must currently practice in S.F. because our Texas medical board s*cks...

...anyhoo -- if you can still find this issue on the stands - GET IT.
