Anyone fly SouthWest?

I am a frequent flyer and often read their magazine with interest, Spirit. For several years now, there have been ads about this treatment center, Sierra Integrative Medical Center. for the last year, they have described diagnosing and treating patients that have lyme. (I am sure this is O.K. to post as that they take out a full page advertizement.)

Well, I am curious, since they describe patients by name, and show their pictures, are any of their patients posting here?

They have clinics in Reno and Chicago. Anyone care to share their expereinces either in a post or pm as appropriate?

I am curiouse! And again, for those of in the Moutain West, with limited resources, this could be another option, if they truly are helpful.

I saw their ad, too, when I was first looking for Lyme treatment. I did not call them but a Lyme pal in my city did. If I recall they sent her a package of information - you could request it.

Since they use non-antibiotic methods, or at least that's what my friend surmised, she decided against it because she went the antibiotic route.

I've seen occasional posts about it - did you do a search?

From what I vaguely remember from people who've talked about it, there are lots of IV supplements, detox, looking at live blood, can't remember if there were herbs but I think so.

If you find out anything, please post. I always like to know what options are available here out West.

yea, it looks expensive

but i havee seen four ads in the last year that have included pictures with patients dx'ed with lyme

on a positive note for these guys, at least they are saying the "l" word in their ads which could lead someone to look the right direction, even if it wasn't through thier center, and it is targeted to those of us who live in West, who are even less likely to have lyme looked at as a possible dx (it took a magazine article for me to even know to look this direction)

one ad even said they treated someone w/ abx, but i suspect that they are not putting that in their ads anymore (probably smart) but i pretty much suspect they do tx with abx and as they say herbs etc.

but you have to figure at least one of their patients posts here?

I would love to hear a first hand account.

I was actualy diagnosed there as having Lyme, after beliving my ignorant nerologist that I had M.S.-12 yrs.

I was treated there for several weeks,it used to be called Century Wellnes Clinic.I was giving daily homapathic I.V. treatments as well as daily hyberbaric chamber treatments. And as the days progresed I could feel myself getting stronger and better but unfortunatly was not able to continu due to the high cost of the treatments.

But I always think if I was ever to win the lotto or come into a great deal of money I would go there for a year or so and maybe then I could finnaly get well.

I've never heard really good things about this place. It's been discussed many times over the years.
