We all need to drink a lot of water for detox and health in general. I have been buying Poland Spring Water to drink, because my town water is so high in chlorine. Didn't want to risk it with Brita water filter.

What do other folks choose as water?

Pur water filter (I used Brita before, and my taste buds liked the Pur better),

and shower de-chlorinator.

I get tested well water. Pur and Brita don't take out the flouride in our water.

Chlorine will evaporate out of water that sits in a glass pitcher for about a day and a half.

If I can't get to the well I at least do that.

I have a well, but I don't drink that water. It is so full of minerals that it stains everything in the house with rust!

I drink bottled spring or purified water. I actually like water better than diet soft drinks.

Good luck with detox.

Pure Life by Nestle. Wally Mart carries it. Plastic bottles...(darn).

Do NOT get the flavored kind of Pure Life with artificial ingredients. Avoid all artificial junk.

This is reverse osmosis water (virtually distilled) with minerals added back in. Read carefully which minerals ;-D

YEA.

Not expensive and sometimes on sale (Albertsons food chain).

If you are rich...Voss water in glass bottles from Norway is the best...artesian water.

Do not get the "sparkling" kind of the above. The sparkling kind has a yucky taste.

Voss water is sold in places like Whole Foods...very high end healthy food store.
