I know that you are not supposed to take cq10 with mepron but does anyone know if its ok to take NADH with mepron?

I take NADH, but I am not on Mepron. But I do know people who are on both.

Clinical studies of NADH using oral or intravenous administration have reported no side effects with up to one year or more of use. Longer-term use has not been evaluated.

I thougt that NADH might be similiar to cq10 and I know my LLMD had said not to take the two together.

Do you have any idea why its contraindicated?

As far as NADH I'm going to try it today. I hope it gives me a boost of energy!
