I at least used to be able to do some yardwork, household stuff, go out to eat every week or so.
I mean, the brain fog is starting to go more, but my body is 'in shock'. Only one month.
Maybe I should feel fortunate that I have found an abx that is working, during the beginning of treatment?

Everyone is different. But when I first started treatment I used to count the time when I was feeling okay in minutes. After 3 years I was able to count them in months. I'm going through a spell now (since before thanksgiving) where I've only had a few days.
When I first started treatment I was bedridden. I saw your post on the exercise. This is the first time I've been able to exercise. Doc suggested buying a rebounder to get back into it. I can do a whopping 2 minutes on it so far!
Take care.

Ken,
It took me bout 4 -6 months when I could actually feel up to doing anything. I basically slept for 12 - 15 hours a day, and was in extreme pain the other 12 or so hours.
It does get better, you just have to get through it.
Do some detoxing, it will help. Drink detox teas, water with lemon, and some mild exercise.
I have been on abx for 2 years, and now I am able to go bowling, which I couldn't before (I couldn't lift a 6lb ball without hurting my tendons or muscules).
I can go to the mall and walk without my heels killing me. I have improved alot but it took time.
I now have about 1 or 2 bad days a week, and the bad isn't nearly as bad as it used to be. I know it seems hard now, but it does get better.
Good luck, Lisi

Thank you everyone. Not fun. If this continues, I have a feeling I'm going to loose my home and everything. Oh well, I guess. There's always grad school.
