Just wanted to a plug for the costco.com pharmacy. They have REALLY low prices for those of use w/o insurance. ceftin 60 500mg caps 60 bucks Amoxcillin 30 500mgs 5 bucks rifampin 60 caps 74 bucks.
Anyways just thought id share and no I don't owm costco stock or work for them(or anyone else for that matter)

I agree that Costco is great for medicines. Nothing to join, low prices, especially for generics, and free shipping. And you can get service from anywhere in the country.

Costco has been great for me, especially since I don't have any health insurance.
Something that many people don't know (I didn't) is that you do not need a membership to Costco to use the pharmacy -- by law they have to let you use it even without one, which is what I did for a long time.

How about Malarone? Do you have any idea the cost of 60 pills? My insurance company covered mepron, but not malarone. Gotta love it! Thanks

Check out Costco on the net-click pharmacy and there they have products and prices...actually a huge feature because you can figure out your costs ahead of time, and plan your purchases if money is an issue, as it is in many of our lives.

...yup you dont need a membership for the pharmacy, which offfer good prices at your local costco.
But I am reffering to ordering online. They have much cheaper prices than in their stores, which are probably the cheapest to beging with. They offerr free shipping and list their prices on costco.com. They ceftin (generic) and amoxicillin are actually even cheaper than Canadian AND mexican online pharmacies. They also have a number you can call to get a price quote on stuff no listed on there website. Go figure. Go costco!
Anyways, hope this has helped somebody.

All true.
The only drawback to Costco that I can think of is that they do not participate in any of the Medicare Prescription Plans, at least as far mail-order prescriptions. I don't know about going to the pharmacy in person.
