There are many reasons that I do not want to do the IV - Glutathione thing... so I am trying to boost it another way.
My family doctor suggested NAC. This made me sick as crap. My stomach could not tolerate it at all !
My new doc treating me for Babesia pointed me in the direction of Immunocal from Immunotec.
I have only tried it for 2 days and it doesn't seem to effect my stomach at all. This is a great thing.
So for everyone out there that is Glutathione savy, is Immunocal's bonded cysteine approach viable ???
I hear that straight Glutathione is not absorbed through the stomach, hence the IV treatments.
I want to know if Immunocal is the BEST way that I can give my body what it needs to make Glutathione ????
Any suggestions and thoughts will be greatly appreciated !
Thanks !

I have not heard of any really great responses to immunocal. Many docs do prescribe glutathione injections and they do not cost much , and are supposed to be very effective about once a week.
NAC WITH selenium has been studied to raise glutathione levels in AIDS patients .
If it were me , I would search the net for NAC in powdered capsule form and try it . Take it with some food . It is really the cheapest way to increase glutathione according to studies I have read .
