Even though I see my LLMD on a regular basis, it always helps me feel better to get responses from you all !!
I'm finishing up my 4th month of treatment. January was a fantastic month for me...pain, numbness, brain fog, visual problems and weakness/fatigue resolved quite a bit. I was very excited.
This month has been hell with the joint pain. I feel like I may be regressing all of sudden and it has me a little spooked and puzzled. My antibiotics remained the same this month.
Why do you suppose I would start to feel worse after doing so well last month? Any responses are much appreciated

I am actually having the same problem. Very frustrating. I started treatment at the end of October, and was feeling much better in January. Then the last three weeks I have been miserable. I feel like I am back at square one. I don't think we are the only ones. I am sure this happens to everyone, as the Lyme's adapts to it's surroundings, and that is why the doctor's need to switch us around. Mine kind of started after a reaction to Biaxin and then I was switched to Zithromax. But I also think that the yeast is making me feel awful as well. I just need to find the right combination to combat the side effects of the antibiotics. I hope you feel better soon. Posted by 5dana8 (Member # 7935) on :
