It would be logical to assume that a 140 could take less ABX or herbs to get the same results as a 200 pound person ... more fat/muscle/tissue to penetrate, right?
Do you think this applies when treating Lyme ?

Yes, my dosage of amoxy is set by my llmd by my body weight. Since larger doses are called for, he needs to be sure that the larger amounts are still below the level of toxicity. I am at 7g/day amoxy at 135lbs.

On a heavy day, I weigh 130, and my pharmacist says that I'm above the recommended limit on many of my meds. It doesn't appear that my LLMD based my dosages on my weight, but it would make sense that a smaller person would need less.

My LLMD has based some of my meds on weight, it might depend on the individual med.

yes,
I barely weighed 90lbs when i first started treatment..my llmd didnt base the dosage on my weight and i was over medicated.
this lead to severe yeast :-(
At one point i was on the dose of a large man :-(
All my life i was given liquid only abx.
So, based on my experience weight should be a factor.
