I want to share that I have had high cholesterol ( around 237 ) for years and did not want to take statins, which are hard on the liver.

I bought OneADay vitamins ( Walmart) with policosanol added and it dopped to 205 .

The vitamin has a minimal amount of the policosanol, so a higher dose would probably net better results .

It is encouraging to have something going in the right direction!

I take Policosanol 10mg. and have for years; it works for me; my cholesterol is 127 now.
