Has this happened to anyone else? Any theories as to why this would happen?

Thank you guys in advance for any input.

Takedownthemoon - Sure I'll give you a possible 'theory'. B12 injections (hopefully methylcobalamin), are affecting your circadian rhythm. Either advancing or aligning it. You may want to make sure you are around sunlight in the day, and darkness at night to re-enforce your rhythm.

I'd suggest you keep up the injections and see how things go. If it still keeps making you very tired, try the injections before you go to sleep, you should get more restful sleep and will still experience the benefits of it.

Methylcobalamin amplifies melatonin-induced circadian phase shifts by facilitation of melatonin synthesis in the rat pineal gland.

Effects of vitamin B12 on plasma melatonin rhythm in humans: increased light sensitivity phase-advances the circadian clock?

They're GREAT for me. I hope this is a temporary thing for you, moon!

Thank you guys for your comments. Yes, I do hope this is temporary-I just don't get why I would be having this type of reaction.

Thanks again
