Does it mean anything if your double vision is vertical or lateral? Mine can vary when I'm tired--what do others have?

I've had LLMDs ask me if it's horizontal or vertical.

I have a second image slightly above. (almost like a ghost you would get on old TV's with rabbit ears.) It also varies but mostly in degree and not direction.

I have wondered what one means, as opposed to the other, but always forget to ask. [Roll Eyes]
