Does anyone hear know at what point the liver enzyme levels become dangerous ?

I am on Doxy and Biaxin (and Buhner core herbs) and my enzymes came back ALT-94 AST-75 ?

I will be discussing this with my LLMD shortly, but I wanted to get some other opinions on this.

Thanks

That is starting to get a bit high and should be watched. Not a dangerous situation but I would not want them to go any higer, a deffinate possable responce of liver stress from the ABX.

When I was on IV ABX I was getting weekly blood draws and when my enzyme were that high three weeks in a row they stopped IVs.

I also was put on a product by Standard Process called LivCO for liver support. After two weeks off IV and being on this my enzyme went back to normal and stayed normal for the rest of the IV work.

I agree with John, but I'm not a dr either. Are you taking milk thistle?

If you do go on milk thistle, make sure to take it away from abx [2 hrs] and don't take it if you are taking mepron.

Oral or IV abx. What does the two taken together
do? (Milk thistle and abx)

I took a detox capsule tonight that contains milk thistle, along with my other
supplements while I was infusing Rocephin
