hi everyone,
i am asking this question for a lyme friend-

is it safe to take herbs and prescription medicine together? antibiotics, antidepresaants, mood stabilizers etc- with herbals?

is there any documentation of side effects or any known effects?

what should one look for to ensure they are not having a reaction.

i'm glad you asked this. i take my antibiotic with my yeast meds and my vitamins. have to tak the theralac 2 hours or more later.

good question, as i often wonder when to take what.

I had a very bad reaction with St Johns Wort and the antibiotics.

Heart racing, and other things.

I stopped St Johns Wort. Jusst do antibioitcs.
It was very good though for my depression.
