Just wondering if I'm going crazy or if anyone has experienced this as well...

You know that feeling you get, like blood rushing to your head when you bend over sometimes? Or maybe it kinda feels like an "ice cream" headache, kinda like a brain freeze?

Well, this has been happening to me from time to time over the last several months, however, I don't bend over and I don't eat ice cream or anything severely cold. It can happen when I'm just sitting there watching TV.

I'm hesitant to describe it as head pressure because I've had that. It's not really a headache either because it doesn't last any longer than a couple of seconds. It's very annoying and sometimes leaves me feeling dizzy or woozy.

Any thoughts?

Could be Neurally Mediated Hypotension.
Many lyme patients including myself suffer from this.

I've had the same symptom too in the past. Comes out of nowhere and lasts a few seconds then is gone.

I'm not on Zith, but I'm taking Doxy and have been for about a month. My symptoms started long before antibiotic treatment, so I don't think it's related.

I'm wondering if it may be related to a gluten intolerance. I haven't been tested for any food allergies, so maybe that's in order.

I've been gluten intolerant for about 26
years now and that's not a symptom that
is associated with it, in my case or others
that I know about.

Yes I have something like this too. Especially when I turn my head to the left. I tried to tell my old doctot that it was like all the

blood was rushing to my head and i could feel and hear it. Then after a mintue or two it would be gone. But sometimes my head still was

left with a 'full' feeling. This would happen when I was just sitting doing nothin.

I get something very much like that. Never thought about it feeling like a brain freeze, but tha is a very good description. All of me just freezes for a couple of seconds and I instindctively grab my head as I feel like my head is going to roll off my shoulders.

I get the feeling of someone blowing up balloons in my head...pressure increases, then decreases. It just lasts a few seconds...and goes away. It can happen anywhere inside my head. It happens often throughout the day. It's been with me since my lyme symptoms started.
