Hey there-
I noticed a few people on here from Missouri. I've got some questions for you.

So, I made an appointment with the Dr. from Springfield. (Am I not allowed to say his name, not sure) I can't get in until next month, but am hanging on to the faith of good things I have heard about him.

What do I need to expect from him? Prepared for?

I have heard you can't get Lyme in Missouri. What can we get? Do any of you have Chronic Lyme?

Thank's!

I know someone who goes to him. Says he's great, very informed. She really likes him.

I'm glad you got in. He's one the best.

To protect our drs, we do not discuss specifics of how they treat or what their protocol is.

You will receive a packet and that will explain what to be ready for very well.

Can't get lyme in Missouri?? You've got to be kidding!

I was Lymed in Texas, but I know PLENTY of Missourians with Lyme...plenty.

Chronic Lyme?

I got Lyme in Missouri, bitten twice, and, yes, there is Lyme in Missouri, unfortunately.

I also went to Springfield, as he is a very caring LLMD. I would recommend him to anyone, and have.

Been off abx for over 2 years now and doing well, thanks to this great doctor.

Much luck,

I've heard great things about that doc. My doc collaborates with him, if that's the right term. The Springfield guy has a whole bunch (10years) of clinical study data and results that is supposed to be published very soon, so I imagine he has a decent amount of experience with lyme in MO.

He's been treating lyme for 21 years.

Yep, he's a very good, caring doc. I would definitely recommend him.

Add me to the list of satisfied patients. Even though I'm only across the river from St. Louis, yes, there is lyme here. Of course, you won't get anyone from any of the research hospitals to admit that.

Both my daughter and I are confirmed and know 5 others in my small community that have lyme.

The doc is great and his staff is incredible. I have never been treated so kindly.

I am also one of his patients and I agree with the positive things said about him.

I got Lyme in Kansas. However, I was 2.5 miles from the KS MO line. So I'm going to say that there is Lyme in MO.

I do want to mention, however, that my favorite LLMD in Springfield no longer takes Medicare.

Makes it harder for me, but it may not apply to you.

Health and healing to you,

I seriously considered going to the doc in MO. ONly ended up not going because of distance to get there.

My investigation into him convinced me he is one of the very best you can have, very best.

After much research I found him to be one of the best llmds period. So I travel from California to see him. And yes he is everything great everyone says about him and more.

We've got some great llmds in the West. I'm personally familiar with many and worked with a few. None has the amount of experience (21 years) or the successful track record this doctor has.

A very well known Northern California doc consults with him.

Be prepared to read and learn a lot. You're in great hands.

Best
