I have been taking about 4 pills of chlorella a few times a day (Biopure brand) in hopes of catching whatever mercury is released while using the KMT machine. I have been getting very dizzy and fatigued with this. The person that sold me the KMT machine said that I may be detoxing too much? If I dont take the chlorella then any mobilized mercury can get redisributed. After reading Dr. K's info on nerotoxins, I increased my chlorella dosage today to help get rid of whatever is circulating. Does this sound right? How much are others taking? Should it be pulsed or taken daily? I dont have access to ART testing by me in NY. Thanks, Nikki

I'm going through this now and am having the same questions.
I started the chlorella several weeks ago before my amalgam removal and one of the first symptoms I noticed was I was so sleepy.
I go back and forth on this all the time as to how much chlorella to take. If you don't take enough, you mobilize more metals than a higher dose would. If I take too much then I get so dizzy and fatigued. I have slept all day every day since my amalgam removal. The closest ART practitioner is 6 hours away and I have an appt with him in two weeks so maybe I will know more then.
I would like to think that the chlorella is doing its job and my body is working hard and needing the rest. But yikes, am I going to feel this way forever? The dizziness and brain fog has been with me already for years.

Too low a dose of chlorella mobilizes more than it binds. Higher doses bind more than they mobilize. 4 tablets a few times a day sounds pretty small to me. I'd consider increasing to 10 3 times a day or 30 once a day or thereabouts.

Just winging it here, but I'm thinking that what is happening when more is mobilizing than binding is that I get this buzzing, ringing in my ears, dizzy head. I'm wondering if one would know if they are on the proper dose by the lack of these symptoms?
My chiro/NAET practitioner taught me a form of muscle testing to do on myself. That is my best tool now but am looking forward to ART testing to see what type of questions are asked.
I'm winging it here for the next couple of weeks and I know the post removal phase is important.

I took a larger dose of chlorella this morning and feel a bit better. It certainly didn't hurt, still pretty tired but I'm guessing that this kind of work makes the body tired.
Would love to hear how you are doing on bigger doses.

If you guys can digest chlorella, I would just take 100 pellets at once. This would be my 'way' of doing things...
I was VERY AFRAID of chlorella in the beginning because it caused me symptoms. I was not even sure I could digest the thing.
Until my naturopath made me ingest about 120 small pills AT ONCE. I dreaded just the view of all those green pills, I told her I was scared, she told me "take it, the amount is measured for you" (by ART).
I took it all in front of her, in about a few minutes I was having a strong air hunger attack (I atribute it now to stirring metals), I was scared, then slowly everything vanished.
I felt much better, less jitterness, less rage, less bloating. These are the symptoms I still remember I got.
I got a few other examples when she made me take about 100 pills at once, but then I was not scared anymore. Lots always helped me. Little made either no effect, or stirred metals.
Fatigue is one of the first symptoms for me of metals being stirred. Rage is certainly another.

Last night after reading a few more of your posts and this reply again from Scott, I decided to take more chlorella 30 minutes before my evening meal.
Doing my own self taught form of muscle testing I decided to take 30 capsules with digestive enzymes to break them up. It was interesting that I certainly felt a bit better last evening. Not the dreaded herx but a bit of a headache and fatigue. I know more is better and I'm getting it. I would love to have to information confirmed by ART and will soon.
Today, I'm increasing to at least fifty per meal as my knowledge of reactions and my courage is increasing. My stomach is tolerating chlorella okay, not great, with digestive enzymes. I agree with you that rage is present when the metals are mobilized. My moods and rage are two things I struggle with continually. I,too, am beginning to finally get it that the herxes are metals moving around.
Things are beginning to make more sense. I agree lyme was a problem, as is yeast, but my herxes are mostly metals relocating and moving around in my brain. I have described these terrible, despondent, rage episodes to my acupuncturist, even Buhner. We are all still learning.

with me is differemt: 15 pills clhorella/Allergy Research gave me diarrhea and nausea once (let say the "output" was greenish). Last night 20 pills made me vomit in the middle of the night...... I never had diarrhea, not even when doing abx or with an H pilory infection in the past....
At this point I don't know why chlorella does that to me...and yes my heavy metal tests were high...

Cronic, great to hear you're getting brave!! Only my naturopath could convince me to take more, as I dreaded chlorella too!!
Now chlorella is really my best friend. Without it, I can't think about how would my fungi fight would have ended, as I herxed more on fungi than on borrelia, I think.
If you add the bear garlic drops, it will also help with herxes.
LYMEBLUE: what brand are you using? There's a possibility of difficult digestion too. I prefer the vulgaris species, easier to digest. Are you taking enzymes with each intake?
I had to do that in the beginning, and I was almost sure I was never going to be able to take loads of it too. You can find my older posts on chlorella here in lymenet. I found out that it's important to get a free-of-contamination brand, it could be important to take a certain enzyme to digest it. Sometimes one can get symptoms of stirring metals with little intake.
I am someone prone to having diarrhea very easily, but chlorella did exactly the opposite for me (specially when I took the 120 pills). Metals cause real mess in the whole GI tract, for me, they caused difficult digestion (that lead to diarrhea) and bloating for sure, plus pains.

KMT is not a rife that kills and gives you a herxheimer. It is not necessary to have to suffer through herxheimers. Here are some of my notes - they are not in order - just a collection of them - on the KMT (Klinghardt Matrix Therapy), as I took them at various seminars (for medical practitioners) that I attended where KMT was also discussed.
The KMT is a series of FDA approved instruments used for pain control. I used these type devices already a number of years ago and we are now using them for maintenance and general health.
Our doctor developed an off-label instrument applying this sophisticated technology to patients with neurological and neurodegenerative disorders, including Borrelia and co-infections that most of you are familiar with, but also the many, many other infections which many Lyme sufferers carry (often unknown) and chronic disease patients suffer.
I was not familiar with many other co-infections/pathogens that the KMT addresses (bacteria, viruses, parasites, retroviruses, fungi, mold, etc.). I knew that I tested positive with ART for many of them and that I had to be treated to eliminate the overgrowth before they were going to take me over completely, from Epstein- Barr to Herpes to chlamydia, to the many mycoplasma. Superimposed on the pain-relieving frequencies are the so-called "microbial inhibition frequencies', which are proprietary harmonious frequency patterns published and obtained from a wide variety of scientific papers and resources.

Here are some notes that I have taken re KMT that might be interesting for some.
....the healing potential of any electromagnetic device depends on several things: one is the amount of voltage used, the amperage used - those are the two parameters that define a current; then it's the wave form.
We know that if you bombard the system with a strong current - if you put a strong current on the skin, the body works like a Faraday cage, that means none of the current is penetrating the body, consequently floats on the outside of the body through the skin into the ground or wherever the person is touching. Useless.
The art in microcurrent-technology is how to design a current that actually doesn't flow around the body, but through the body, and then each cell is like a Faraday cage; that means, any current runs on the outside of the cell, but doesn't penetrate into it, and of course the objective with deep healing is that you want to reach inside the cells of the body.
To do that, the current has to be very weak, has to be in a biological range (just like when we use our ozone equipment - it has to be in a certain biological range). If the current is too strong, it is deflected by the cell wall. If it has a certain biological range, it will penetrate through the cell wall into the cell and can reach the cell organelles.
And so - there are wave forms where the current rises very sharply and then drops off slowly; then there is a pause, and it rises and it drops - all these currents are pulsed. So it needs to be pulsed, and the rise and the pulse decide which part of the cell it is reaching, whether it travels inside the cell or outside the cell.
These are just some basic principles, and so, this machine is unique - it uses the most sophisticated harmonious frequency patterns, four carrier waves, that has these different kinds of pulse raises in it, different kind of amperages, different kinds of voltages, that create a synergistic, harmonious frequency pattern that penetrates the body very easily and reaches the cell organelles.

Thanks for the encouragement about being brave. I did take a higher dose and it wasn't the right thing to do. I don't have it right yet and really need to wait for the ART practitioner session.
Didn't have fatigue but too much metal moving around in my brain, wasn't good. I'm doing more gentle stuff until I can get a plan going with the ART guy and will proceed again with chlorella.
I know its good stuff and that it is working. Could feel a slight pressure in my liver and kidneys while it was moving through. I think I might be over doing it though. Its only been a week since the dental work.
Thanks again for the input. How quick did you start KMT after your dental work? I think I read that one shouldn't do it while having mercury in your mouth.
