One duck recommended nerve meds to help. I prefer my vicodin. Less side effects for me.
I used to take ultram too. It worked well, but interferred with a new med they gave me. There is another I took in conjunction with the ultram but I can't think of it right now.
I will write again if I rememeber... Posted by bettyg (Member # 6147) on :

Doc-
me, i just started back on abx after 2 months off and serious burning pain is what came AFTER the abx this time.
Almost all of it is concentrated in my ankles and knees. I've had Lyme- related pain in those places for the past 3 years or so. None, though, when i was of the abx. go figure.

Being fully aware that this is not a popular comment. Will do it anyway:
Most chronically ill people are mercury toxic.
Some are or were more exposed than others. We all breath and it is all around us.
Mercury is taken up by most parasites and certain microbes (Lyme, etc) in the body. When these microbes are killed, the mercury dumps back into the body and .........hurts again and again or does whatever it does to disturb the system..... from brainfog to "can't walk" to you-name-it.
