What gives with that. Is it the wintergreen oil??

Is wintergreen oil a type of peppermint oil?

If so, there was a thread recently on possible reactions to peppermint oil. It had 'altoids' in the title.

This is interesting to me in that back when I had not figured out what was going on with me I sprayed that Zicam nose spray up my nose for a cold I was beginning to have and literally got an instant aura and subsequent migraine...I am talking instantly....

Zinc is the primary ingredient with that stuff. I never tried it again and will not use it for other warnings but think it is interesting....wondering if it was a herx with that stuff...
