MY gp gave me Benecar for my high blood, the LLMD increased the dosage. I started feeling better.
At my visit yesterday, he said "there may be some credence to the Marshall proocol"
Well I have heard of Marshall protocol but have not read it. He said Marshall suggests that Benecar helps with inflamation.

So far I am taking 20 mg twice a day. I have not had to purchase them yet...Family doc gave me lots of samples.
As far as the other things. My LLMD said he is not sure about lowering your Vit D levels. He actually said he thinks we need some sun everyday.

I, like you, am burned out on learning anything anymore. I have to save enough brain space so that if I can go back to work I can work some legal stuff into my brain; lol.
