In many of the posts, there has been reference to a Lyme diet. I'm interested in learning more from others about what this means.
What I've learned so far is to limit refined sugar, no alchol, drink lots of water, increase fruits and veggies, but is there anything else to consider? My doctor also told me that walking is great for Lyme, but I haven't been able to do much of that due to the many symptoms.

No starch according to my Tibetan doctor who has many lyme patients. Brown rice and brown rice pasta are okay.
Flour and white rice and spuds break down into sugar in your body.

Avoid processed foods and sugar substitutes, too.
A high alkaline diet is best because most of us "Lymies" are very acidic and the Lyme likes an acidic environment.
