has anyone had any luck with insur (i have blue cross of calif) paying for b shots, magnes. iv's, meyers cocktails and the dreaded dmso? i am going to lose my house if i can't get some of these things paid for. any advise is greatly appreciated. also, how about glutathione iv's? thanks. sue.

It really depends on your coverage and getting the right diagnosis code written down on the order form.
While I haven't used these treatments, I know my LLMD is succesful at getting insurance to cover the IV supplements for her patients. You are more likely to get it covered if you can find a doctor in your network that provides the services.
If your LLMD writes the prescription and your LLMD isn't in network, you can see if there is another office that can provide the IV's that is in network.
If you aren't sure, the best thing to do is call your insurance company first and see if they cover it. Always keep good notes of the conversations, including date and time of call and person you speak with. So if they deny a claim they told you was covered, you have a record.
