Hi folks, I haven't posted in awhile - but thanks for being here when I needed you. I have been upping some of my detoxification stuff now that I am tolerating things more.
I did a search for chlorella on this site to see if I could get an answer but now I feel more confused. Here is the picture - one week ago I started a bowel cleanse as I had been giving, what I thought was plenty of time , for my gut to do some healing.
After two days my whole body was VERY inflammed - so I stopped. I became concerned about what toxins the bowel cleanse may have released back into my body so I started chlorella (increased to 10 tabs in the am - over 7 days) - source natural brand.
I also was given an herbal tea by my herbalist for liver and kidney function. I had been on both the tea and chlorella for 7 days and now, over the past few days I have been dealing with pins and needles in my forearms and lower legs and the "anxiety/panic" has returned to some degree.
First, what do I need to consider around the type of chlorella I am taking - how do I know if it has a broken cell wall or not, and might all of these symptoms just be detoxification? What do you think? Thanks, Wenan
