For the past six months I have developed new allergies. My entire liek I have been allergic

to many plants (trees, flowers, etc.) but never anything I ate or any medication. I now eat food

that I once could eat and start wheezing and my throat closes up. This seems to happen

sporatically and I cant identify what food is cauing me to react this way. I am also alelrgic

to Zithromax now and have taken it before a few years ago with no adverse reaction. Is

developing new allergies common in people with Lyme disease? I want to get alergy tested again

because I havent since I was younger but do not know if it is safe to do with Lyme. The idea of

injecting a bunch of substances into my body seems liek a bad idea!

yes!!!! I got MCS with Lyjme- Multiple Chemical Sensitivities!!! It was HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would turn pale, sweat & vomit convulsively if I continued to be exposed to a chemical smell/ scent. I never believed in MCS before!!! Before I had it-

Luckily, it went away 100% with IV RocephiN!!!!

Thanks for telling me that your allergies went away with treatment, that is encouraging. I am also VERY sensitive to chemicals now. I can not

use any cleaning supplies because i will get the
worst headaches I have ever had in my life. I was also at a resturant the other day and his

person smelt liek moth balls and I had to leave because I started wheezing. Glad to know I'm not alone.

My allergies actually cleared up when I got my yeast under control. If you were on zithro for a long time it probably caught up to you. It is really tough to control yeast while on on Zithro.

Try taking coconut oil, grapefruit seed extract, refrigerated acidophilus, oil of oregano, Pau D' Arco, nystatin or diflucan and see if it helps. Or increase whatever your on.

Thanks Lisa. I have wondered if yeast I causing some of my problems. I have only been on antibiotics for two months but have had two yeast infections since then. I have taken

diflican three times and take LOTS of refridgerated probiotics. I have also put myself on a very strict diet and feel liek all I eat is meat, eggs, and veggies. My doctor said that I would get C. diff before getting systemic yeast, but he is not a LLMD.
