This link is to an article explaining chronic fatigue and chronic pain, as it relates to mitochondria dysfunction, usually from intracellular toxins.

I found this article quite readable and easy to understand.

I found it on a site selling supplements, so usually take such things with a grain of salt or two, but I think the article is quite good, and worth reading.

Here is a similar article by Dr. Sarah Myhill, dated about a year later.

CFS - a Symptom of Mitochondrial Failure

She refers to "The Sinatra Solution" by Dr. Stephen Sinatra, who has used these techniques for treating patients with heart disease.

For those of you who look at the article, if the information is too technical for your (oxygen starved) brain, just scan down until you find the supplements she recommends for treatment.

Heh, you don't need to understand the chemical processes for the treatment to work.

I'm using these supplements now, although I'm not up to the level she advises.

Thank you, bejoy. I, too, found the article readable and it helped to explain a lot to me that I was previously having trouble understanding.

Very very interesting stuff. I was wondering if there was a test for these types of things.... seems like a real procedure to get the test done if you live in the U.S.

Anyone done this test, or found a U.S. lab that does same?
