Do these start out mild and progressively get worse?

I think like everything else with tick borne infections symptoms vary wildly.
In my husband's case, he had a period of night sweats before dx that would come and go in frequency and severity. We wrote them off to work/life stress. They stopped all together before he entered a period of being really sick---they started up again when he was well into treatment and have been both heavy, light and non-existent since then.
The only correlation we have been able to peg is that when he is not doing so well (herxing?) he tends to sweat more at night. When he takes a break from meds they tend to lighten up.
Sorry---I am not much help--and at least I know it Any luck with a llmd?

I have been sweating non stop for 2 months since on the antibiotics, have no idea if this is normal or not, yet, after 2 months, today, when going through a bad phase of dizziness, I have been cold.

I have had these happen randomly for years before my diagnosis. Never got too much concerned and wrote them off to stress etc. The last time I had it was 5 months ago, around the time my tingling/burning/shotting pains started.
