I posted the same question over at Yahoo, but I thought that i'd ask this crowd too.

My brain fog is really the biggest symptom that i currently have. It's never really gone away (4 months since diagnosis, 2 months on ABX, just starting Buhner).

Which of Buhner's herbs seems to have helped with the "fog?" Any one in particular or just the combo over time???

Resveratrol, but it may get worse before better.

Andrographis has made the biggest difference for me of all the herbs in the long run. Beuhners herbs definately make it worse before better for me.

My brain clears a bit when I take anti-inflammatories. Also when I take Enriching Greens powder.

The key for me to clearing brain fog entirely has been taking corstisol supplements, but it's not right for everyone.

Resveratrol.

I had forgotten that I could think that clearly.

Alas, I had to stop, due to side effects. Kidney pain.

Brain fog could be strongly a babesia symptom too, not only borrelia. Then only babesia killers will do the job. For me, brain fog from babesia was always worse than lyme fog.

When I started on b's herbs, it was for me andrographis too that made the difference, in all senses (arthritis and brain fog, fatigue etc).

Later on, it was Knotweed that did (and still do).

To make the brain fog lift for me:
- take proper cleansers like chlorella (in loads), bear garlic, milk thistle, possibly red root (many say wonders about it).

- it depends on the critters you have and on how much toxic you are; bartonella can cause brain inflamation, then you would need bart killers too. It does cause brain fog too.

I belive even yeast cause brain fog, specially when you kill them with anti-yeast herbs.

I do think herbs work in combination. When I say 'andro' did the job of brain cleansing, I was on all other herbs too, so it could have been a synergistic action.
