Can anyone suggest a good multi-vitamin, other than the Phrmanex, Lifepak series, as they are too expensive for me...or is there a cheaper way to purchase them?
I am so confused as to the right type that will help supplement someone who has Lymes...????
Laura [confused]

Go to a health food store for the best brands.....or go to Vitacost. www.vitacost.com

Twinlab is good, Solaray, Source Naturals, Jarrow...

If you have to buy "cheap" then get Centrum. I've seen studies which show it contains what it says it contains.

I use Reliv and other specific supplements (some from vitacost.com).

I know of two others with Lyme who stopped taking antibiotics and have gotten better with only Reliv.

I am not there, I still take antibiotics plus supplements and herbs.

Hi Laura [Smile]

source of life mini tabs ( I get the small ones because I can't swallow large pills.) The regular ones you only have to take 3 pills a day.

These are made from whole food sources- not alot of chemicals like some multi's. It's one of the few multi's that you can take without foods, but I do anyway for absorbtions issues.

Stay away from their powdered multi's that you mix with water or juice-they contain sugar but the pills don't.

I like these because they have a fab slight herbal base. I have been using it now for aprox. 15 years now. It works for me. I get it at www.vitaminshoppe.com

Take care [Smile]
