Help, I need input as to what to do. I've been waiting to see a LLMD, I made the appt when I was feeling really bad. In the mean time I started to take Cat's Claw, and I feel much better now, not 100%, but pretty good. Do you suggest I still go to the appt. I'm afraid of what might happen if these symptoms come back again. I was not able to funtion, but now I feel good. I still have night sweats, and some wrist and knee pain. I guess what I'm asking, is should I keep my appt for tuesday, or cancel, and wait for another flare up?

Did you dx and treat all on your own? I would go see the LLMD if I were you. TBIs are nasty and not something to be dealth with lightly.

Cat's Claw may be helping but it sure won't get rid of Lyme. And if you have one of the other co-infections (Babesia comes to mind because of your night sweats) you'll need meds that address them.
............
I wouldn't take the chance.
Me either. Your very life is at stake.

Personally... I would keep the appointment.
It never fails (with me, anyway) that my appointments seem to be when I am having a good day.
Kind of like taking your car in for that odd rattle that no one else can hear... even if the mechanic can't hear it.... it doesn't mean that your transmission won't fall out tomorrow!

No question about it--see the LLMD. Many people relapse even
after years of productive treatment that HAS been guided by a
physician. If you try to handle this yourself, you're fixing to end up
in a WORLD of misery.

Please see the LLMD. Cats Claw will not get rid of Babesia, which it sounds like you may have.
I know a woman who was on Cats Claw and did feel better for awhile, then crashed again and is now looking to get back on antibiotics.
Lyme - it waxes and wanes - I can' tell you how many times I thought I was getting well and symptoms returned.
