LymeHealth.com had a post a couple of days ago about the Chinese mixture Yin Chiao helping the symptoms of sore throat?

Anybody have any experience with this supplement?

Thanks.

Thanks for reminding me. I used it years ago and forgot all about it. The packaging of what I used may have been changed or the formula may be sold by various companies.

The tablets then were flat and sometimes I got them stuck in my throat. My guess is with new packaging, new shape. But anytime I think I might choke on any tablet, I chew it with lots of water. (NOT good advide for some pharmaceuticals, though.)

you can see the ingredients and a short You-Tube video at this link. What he says is so true, if you take it agressively at the instant you notice signs of a cold this WILL stop it in it's track.

Of, course, take extra special care of yourself as well, too.
