I've read that many of you experience a herx on a 4 week cycle. How long does the actual herx (worsening of conditions) last within this 4 week cycle?

For me, this second round has been going on for more than 2 weeks now. (doesn't help that I picked up a head cold too) I attribute it to the addition of a second abx, I am now taking both doxy and zitrho. When I was just on the zithro, the herx wasn't as rough and didn't last as long.
Of course, this may not be a herx at all, but rather just part of the ongoing cycle of feeling ok for a while then feeling really bad again. For me, it's difficult to distinguish. I wonder if there is some way to tell if it's a herx or not.

How long?? As long as it wants to.
There is no set time....could be 30 days out of 30, with the worst of it being between the 3-5 wk cycle.
