I'm wondering what are the best supplements to counteract fatigue? Fatigue is my most disabling symptom right now and I'm wondering what others are using to combat it.
Thanks!

In my experience L-Carnitine.
I found to be helpful on a number of different levels.

My LLMD has me on NT Factor for fatigue. It is available full-strength only through docs. A friend of mine who sees a different LLMD is on the same product and it's working for her as well.
It doesn't take care of it entirely, but it helps.

Fatigue was not an issue for me until I was bit again 5/07. I went down like a rocketship and when blood was drawn, I was in an acute phase of mono.
My doctor tested my adrenals (saliva test) and they were flat except at midnight. Hence, insomnia plus dragging around all day.
She put me on Cytozyme-AD, Adreset and Seriphos. Almost immediately I felt some improvement and could not sleep. She adjusted the time I took the pills and I just gradually (within 1 mth) regained my energy. I'm back to normal now and she will test me again soon to see if we need to continue the supplements. All of the above are supplements.

Any others out there? I expected everyone to have something they're taking for fatigue. Does Co-Q-10 help?
I wish I knew what helped with the fatigue... l-carnitine might have helped a bit. I'm going to try Propax NT Factor next.

Hi Andrew, The best supplement I've found for fatigue is called Reliv.
Since being on it I've added 12 hrs to my day I can be out of bed.
You can private message me if you want to know about it. Vicki9902 in Ft Worth.
