I have recently tested negative 3 times using the regular ELISA test. Does anyone have knowledge whether these test are more accurate, and has anyone had these tests come back positive after getting a negative ELISA test?

The C6 peptide test is highly specific test, meaning it has fewer false positives. So people who do not have Lyme disease are unlike to test positive on this test.

In support of a clinical diagnosis of Lyme disease, you want a test that is highly sensitive, meaning it has a low rate of false negatives. The western blot will probably be a better test than the C6 for this purpose.
