My brain symptoms have worsened while being on abx. I can't think clearly, find any of the words in my head that I want to say. I dread having conversations with other people cause I know that I sound confused. Has anyone else had this. Will it Clear up? It's horrible.

Yes I did and still do with every AB - It is most likely from the die off (herx)
Detox well - Glutathione/Chlorestamine/Lemon Water etc

Oh yes! Very badly. I did much better typing, so relied more on email than telephone ... in fact, just the thought of using the phone when that was happening caused anxiety! I would have my husband or daughter call people for me.
I felt like English was a foreign language I was learning. Very poor word recall.
It gets better. Bart treatment helped me the most with that particular symptom. At first the Levaquin made it worse than ever, then I cleared up entirely after several weeks.
