I was told that I should do a colon cleanse before a detox. What do I take for that? I hate the thought of both but I really need to do something to help myself along. I was told these would help but I don't know what to do for the colon cleanse. Help, please! [Frown]

www.drnatura.com has a good one! Very easy and doesn't taste bad!
